We provide in (your) home dog sitting and pet sitting services.  We do not operate a boarding facility or watch pets in our home at this time.  We believe that the safest, cleanest, most comfortable environment for your doggie is within the confines of their own home.

We do not spend the night at your home.  Normal service hours are from 6AM-10PM.   Often, we are able to customize special visits outside of our normal business hours to care for those doggies that require more frequent potty breaks or have special needs.  You know your dog best and we are happy to develop a plan that keeps your pup happy, healthy, and safe while you're away.  

We are available from 6AM-10PM 7 days per week.

Yes.  We are a family run business and do not use the help of 3rd party contractors.  I personally meet all of our doggies and owners at the initial Meet & Greet.  

Yes.  We are delighted to walk your doggie during all routine visits.   Exercise provides wonderful health benefits (both physical and mental) so we highly encourage walks and play time during our visits.  "A tired dog is a good dog"

Routine visits are 30 minutes + .  We are dedicated to spending the entire time block making sure that we are meeting your dog's needs and providing top notch, loving, quality service.  During this time we will have play time or short walk, replenish food and water, administer oral medication if necessary, doggie cleanup and disposal, and provide many other services as discussed at the time of our Meet & Greet.

We require a Meet & Greet before caring for your doggie.  We recommend contacting the Doggie Dugout at least 3 days before your first date of service so we can schedule the Meet & Greet. Depending on how impacted our schedule is, we may be able to accommodate a shorter notification.  Once established, we can often accommodate same day bookings or last minute visits.  Please give us a call or send us a text.  We try to respond to all inquires within 2 hours.

We recommend collecting a front door key at the Meet & Greet.  We are open to other access methods  (garage code/smart door/etc) but strongly recommend a key.  This removes access issues relating to power outages, batteries, wifi, or other technology failure.  Keys are assigned a number and Safe kept.  Your name and address are not identified in our key locker.
